규산염이란?
규산염의 발명 동기는 미국방성에서 야전군 수통의 물이 상하지 않게 하고 인체에 더 좋은 상태로 보존될 수 있느 방법 및 전시 장비를 습기로부터 보호하는(INHIBITOR) 부식억제 작용의 방법으로 개발하는 데서 시작되었습니다.
지금도 미군들이 수통 속에 조그마한 무색, 무취의 덩어리가 한 개씩 들어있는데 이것이 바로 미국의 정책지원 사업으로 최초 개발한 규산염(Aqua Cria) 덩어리입니다.
우리나라에서는 세계 4번째로 미국, 독일, 일본에 이어 국내 최초로 개발되었으며, 이러한 원료는 규석(Silicate) 즉 차돌을 화학적인 작용에 의해 자정능력을 가진 성분으로 동, 식물에 이로운 원적외선을 가장 풍부하게 가지고 있는 물질입니다.
규석은 지구상 만물 중에 가중 순수한 물질이며, Silicate 사면체 성능으로 많은 산소 발생과 태양에너지 즉, 광합성 에너지를 받아서 잠재열을 확산시키는 신비한 기능을 가진 물질입니다.
우리나라에는 가장 순도가 높은 99.9%의 규석이 많이 내장되어 있으며, 미국 NASA에서도 각 분야의 우수한 재료로 인정하고 있습니다.
이러한 규석을 원자재로 1650℃ 고열로 장시간 가열하여 용융시킨 후 서냉과정을 통해 수용성 물질로 치환하여 제조하여 만든 제품들은 하나같이 친환경 제품들이며 오염된 모든 물질을 본래의 순수성으로 되돌려 주는 기능을 가지고 있습니다.
그 예로 남한강 물은 자정능력이 좋기로 유명한데 그 이유는 남한강 유역에 순도 높은 규석광이 무제한 존재하기 때문입니다.
또한 규사(일명 차돌모래 또는 금모래)가 많은 냇물에 물이 맑은 이유도 바로 규사가 갖는 자정능력 때문입니다.
우리 조상들이 전하는 말에 "냇가에서 빨래돌은 차돌바위를 골라 해라"라고 했습니다.
차돌에는 이끼가 끼지 않아 즉 차돌은 원래 알칼리성 성분으로 물을 맑게 하는 신비로운 능력을 가지고 있습니다.
이러한 자연적 섭리를 우리 실생활에 매체 시킨 결과가 규산염이고 규산염 방청제는 그중에 한 제품입니다.
What is SiO3?
Full chemical formula of SiO3 is "Na2 SiO3 10H20".
The most important thing is that it is compound of water soluble sodium silicate which has a properties of self-purification, balancing, sterilizing, and many other magical characteristics. It is used widely as detergent in Semiconductor industry and BIO industry through application as anticorrosive and rust preventive (Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor) for food vessel. Its application is getting wider as a new mineral material. The strong point of SiO3 is that it is completely harmless and environment friendly products.
SiO3 is completely different from SiO3 in properties. SiO3 is various mineral compound, but SiO3 1s a singular element. SiO3 approved by U.S.A. FDA as a harmless food additive. That is SiO3 is water soluble and edible, but SiO2 is not at all and is for industrial use. SiO3 contains various kinds of essential and necessary minerals and emitting far-infrared ray, so it have many desirable and strong properties, just lhke self-puritying, sterilizing, absorbing and resolving the harmful materials, ete. But. SiO2 is insoluble silicate itself used for industrial purpose only in limited fields.
